Cross Connection Control Program (CCCP)
The Board of Directors has formally adopted a Cross-Connection Control Program (CCCP) to protect the safety of our drinking water system. This webpage provides access to the adopted program, a glossary of key terms, TCCWD Regulation 5 and other helpful resources. As the program is implemented and evolves, this page will be updated with the latest information.
A Customer Contact and Cross-Connection Survey Form is available at the link below and is required to be completed and returned by all customers. This information helps the District evaluate potential hazards to the public water system. If you have not yet submitted a completed survey, you are required to do so in accordance with Regulation 5. Failure to return the survey may result in an inspection fee of $50.00. Return the form to admin@tccwd.org
